Q1. Why does seek pass my local stations?

A1. The tuning region is not properly set for your listening area

1- Run the “Radio” app
2- Press the “Gear” icon, to enter the menu.
3- Press the “region” button.
4- Select your appropriate region

Q2. How do I stop the radio from playing to listen to other audio apps?

A2. Follow these steps:

1- Run the “Radio” app
2- Press the “Gear” icon, to enter the menu
3- Press the “OFF” button

Q3. Why does my iPhone prompt me to download “apps for this accessory” when docked?

A3. These are free apps designed to enhance the function of the O Car radio. The Radio app, allows for AM and FM tuning, the Sound app, allows for audio settings: (Bass , Treble, etc.)

Q4. Why does the Bass, Treble, Balance, or Fade not respond to my touch?

A4. Move your finger slowly across the display. The app may not recognize fast gestures.

Q5. Is there a form-fit case that fits my iPhone 4 (Verizon Wireless)?

A5. Yes. There is a new case available that fits the iPhone 4 for Verizon Wireless.

Q6. Can this radio be ISO mounted?

A6. No. The O Car radio must be mounted in a single DIN kit. Can not be ISO mounted
